WHo i am

Hi, I’m Sam Zakka, a NASM-certified personal trainer with over 9 years of experience in the fitness industry. My passion for fitness stems from my experience transforming my body and life through regular exercise and proper nutrition. I believe that fitness is not just about looking good but feeling confident, strong, and capable of achieving anything you set your mind to. As a trainer, I strive to empower my clients to realize their full potential, reach their goals, and transform their lives. I graduated with a bachelor's in computer science and continue to learn ways to use the skills I learned there to bring to online coaching. I continue to learn as a trainer and want to help as many people as possible.
